Guy’s Diversified, Inc. is a family-owned and operated business established in 1982.

As a State Certified Roofing Contractor (#CC C048175), we service the southeastern United States. We specialize in Thermoplastic (TPO), Modified Bitumen, Built-Up, Architectural Metal, Shingles, Clay Tile, Coatings, Waterproofing, Gutters and Total Roof Maintenance.  We have an emergency response team available to our customers.

Our goal is to provide the highest quality, cost-effective roofing systems that meet all of our customers’ needs. Guy’s Diversified, Inc. has made it a point to complete our projects in a prompt and professional manner and to go above and beyond the call of duty to achieve customer satisfaction. Michael Guy has established a reputable company with over 30 years experience in the roofing industry.

Staff

Mike Guy is the President and Owner of Guy’s Diversified and has served on the Board of Directors for the Tri-County Roofing Contractors Association. He was the President of the Tri-County Roofing Contractors Association in 2009. Mike was also a past president of Ridge County Roofing Association and a past Board of Directors member for the Florida Roofing & Sheet Metal Association.

Lindsay King is the Treasurer of Guy’s Diversified and has been with the company for 18 years, she is currently on the Board of Directors for the Tri-County Roofing Contractors Association and has served as the Secretary and Treasurer for the Tri-County Roofing Contractors Association from 2006-2008. Lindsay was a past Board of Directors member for the Florida Roofing & Sheet Metal Association ( District 8 ) and also served on the Disaster Preparedness Committee for FRSA.

Stephie Hutton is the Secretary of Guy’s Diversified and has been with the company a total of 10 years and is currently on the Board of Directors for the Tri-County Roofing Contractors Association and served as Secretary for the Tri-County Roofing Contractors Association in 2010.
